[ASM scene] Assembly graphics compo question

Hi,

   my 2 cents: use of stock photography is ok, however IMO it shouldn't 
be the main content of the image in a graphics compo entry.

   The rules need to be stricter for next year (to exclude entries like 
the one in question here). However, it will always be a judgement call 
as it is impossible to make the rules watertight & clear enough.
