   little did BP orgas know how right they were with the parody stock 
ticker symbols ;-). CASHEMBLY is indeed right, and that cash is going to 
  demo groups. We've been very successful (even in these recession 
times!) to confirm a lot of great sponsors like Microsoft, and this 
guarantees an awesome 45 000 euros total prize pool (demoscene & game 
compos).

   The winner of each compo category is guaranteed to get their prize as 
100% cash. So, the winner of the demo compo walks away with 7000 euros. 
Not only that, the best demo also automatically participates in the Live 
2011 Grand Prix finals (total prizes worth over 140 0000 euros).

   Microsoft is also sponsoring two specialty compos: the search is on 
for the best Windows Mobile and Silverlight entries. Total of 3000 euros
