[ASM scene] Updated compo rules for ASSEMBLY Summer 2010

Moi.

Nopein 486 prosessori joka shipattiin 1991 puolella on dx50 (ei pidä 
sekoittaaa dx2-50), tämä on sen koneen cpu jolla me ollaan nyt demoja pari 
vuotta tehty. Joudutaanko downgradeamaan ?

Onhan GUS vielä sallittu , kuten viime vuonna?
