There's no timetable. Most activitity happens during the evenings though.

It's best to bring your own, although it has happened that some companies 
have given away some beer there (yay!). There are shops in Pasila (lidl, 
k-market, others too) and a Shell gas station at 60°12'40.21"N, 
24°55'54.07"E. You can get beer from these, but nothing stronger. The 
finnish alcohol monopoly ("Alko") has their shop in Pasila as well (open 
till 20.00 except in saturday till 18.00, address is Ratapihantie 3).

It is important to remember that you should NOT openly carry your alco 
near the party area (read: Hartwall arena surroundings) or you will get 
them confiscated by your friendly ASM security team. So use discretion (a 
closed backpack works) and you'll be fine. It goes without saying that you 
cannot bring your booze to the partyplace itself.

Finally, I strongly recommend moderation if you wish to gain entry back to 
the arena after visiting boozembly. Highly intoxicated sceners will get 
bounched.
