I believe there are two compos this year: "newcomer" and "senior". But I can't find the info on the Asm site now of course...

There was very little demoscene stuff at Winter 2023, but there was some and the compo was quite well attended. If no-one supports demoscene in Winter then it will die, so I will try to do something.

I have confirmed that, unfortunately, there will be no oldskool discounts
for Assembly Winter 2024. However for Assembly Summer 2024 we are going to
have discounts back again. Tickets are sold at tiketti.fi

Hello Everyone

To participate in the Assembly Winter 2024 Senior Democompo, you only 
need to register an account in PartyMan, https://scene.assembly.org

No votekey required to submit entry, so just create an account, enter 
personal information and submit your Senior Demo. Please keep in mind 
that any prizes will only be handed out at the party. So you need to 
either be there personally or appoint a person to your collect prizes.

No remotes allowed in Beginner Demo nor AI Graphics.

Deadline for the compo is Friday 23rd February 16:00 Finnish time 
(UTC+2) and the Compoblock with all three competitions will start on the 
same day at 21:30 Finnish time. The competitions will be shown at the 
main stage and it is my understanding that they will be streamed live on 
the Assembly official Twitch channel.

So now go make a demo about it!

know that for the first time in Assembly Winter history we now have cash
prizes in our compos in addition to tickets for the Summer event. See the
