[Oldskool] Assembly Summer 2024 tickets

I asked this last year and I was not possible because the ticket is tied to
the voting power and they are not separate like on some previous years.
You could get the voting registration key separately from the info desk
with demoscene privileges. Now you need the demoscene ticket to get this.
This is what I was explained last year.
