[Oldskool] Assembly pub support

Hi! It seems to be that there's still a 24h pub in the Messukeskus area, called Platta? Do they still have a terrace
nowadays or was that ruined? What about inexpensive beer for Assembly goers, maybe like 3.50e for 0.5l? And what about
24h open kitchen for food support for the sceners in the pub/restaurant, that also would be cool!
