We are sending you this message, because you have bought tickets to ASSEMBLY '01 and we want to make sure that it will be as easy for as possible to get to the party and to enjoy the event! ASSEMBLY '01 starts on next Thursday the 2nd of August 2001. The event takes place in Hartwall-Areena and you can find more information about the location at http://www.assembly.org/content/event/how_to_get_to_areena.html The doors open at 12:00 Finnish time. There are three entrances to the party arena: 1. the main door on 1st floor 2. the loading door at the 1st floor 3. the loading door at the ground floor We recommend that you use the option 2 if - your computer place is in rows 1-4 or 18-21 - your computer place is in the Game haven (rows G1-G12) - your computer place is in the Oldskool area (rows O1-O10) If your computer place is in rows 5-17, you should use the option 3. Loading doors are open - Thursday 12:00 - 16:00 - Friday 10:00 - 16:00 - Sunday 12:00 - 18:00 If you are coming by car, you need to drive your car directly to the parking garage (parking is free!) and transport your equipment using a trolley to the party arena. Please, before you take all your equipment with you, first locate the your computer place to save yourself a lot of hassle (it is hard to move 100 kilos of expensive equipment around while 4500 other people are doing the same =3D)).
