Please forward this to all members of your ticket group (the people
who bought Assembly tickets), so that everybody has the possibility
to enjoy this benefit.
The same text in Finnish can be read from our website

Assembly Organizing and Sonera have opened an Assembly GSM channel.
Unfortunately this channel is open only to Finnish subscribers
holding Sonera, Radiolinja, Telia Finland or DNA GSM subscription.
So the channel cannot be opened by foreigners coming to Assembly.
Joining the channel costs 84 euro cents, so that is not much.
Last year the total cost was closer to 5 euros, but this year Sonera
has promised to sponsor the channel. The opening fee is just nominal
to cover the communication costs. All the messages you receive from
the channel are free, you don't have to pay for them.
What is the channel good for? It is mainly used for communicating
important news and events to the Assembly visitors. This includes
communication before and after the event, and of course during the
event itself. If you want to get the latest info about surprise
program and all major events in Assembly, be sure to hook up to the
channel. This way, you get all the important stuff to your mobile
phone when it happens. Be sure you won't miss anything important.
Besides working as a communication channel, Assembly sponsors and
partners might want to tell you about special offerings and
give-aways in the channel. These are only for the people who have
joined the channel. Last year our visitors got reductions from
food prices at the areena, got special Assembly merchandise discounts
and much much more. We try to make these same arrangements this year
as well, so the good stuff you will get from the channel are way
more than the 84 cents you pay for when you join!
All the people joining to the Assembly channel before 18.07.2002
12:00 EET (Finnish time) will participate into drawing of four (4)
VIP tickets to Assembly 2002 or 2003. The tickets are computer place
tickets in the VIP area - the best places in the whole event. You
can use those tickets in Assembly 2002 or if you already have the
tickets for this year's event, you can also use this option in the
Assembly 2003. These tickets are personal and cannot be transferred
or sold. The winner can invite three of his/her friends to join the
2002 or 2003 Assembly event.
HOW TO JOIN?
You can join the channel by sending a text message 'ASSEMBLY AVAA'
to number 17221 (cost is the same as in a normal text message). After
receiving a confirmation notice via SMS, please send that message
or the text 'ASSEMBLY VAHVISTA' to number 17114 (cost is 84 cents).
Now you have joined the Assembly GSM channel.
If you wish to leave the channel, please send 'ASSEMBLY SULJE' to
17221 (cost is the same as in a normal text message).
Assembly GSM channel is operated by Assembly Organizing, and the
technical service has been provided by Sonera. The service works
with Sonera's, Radiolinja's, Telia Finland's and DNA's mobile
networks.
Please, send this message to all your friends who are coming to
Assembly so that they can join the Assembly GSM channel as well.
