[Assembly '03] Improvement ideas: and the winner is...

Dudes & dudettes,

   thank you for responding a couple of months back to our question on 
how we could improve the event even further. We got almost 150 
improvement suggestion emails!

   Many of the emails dealt with familiar topics:
- better sleeping areas (in progress)
- more food variety, vegetarian food (in progress)
- more space, bigger computer places (some improvements underway)
- etc

   As we promised, we are going to reward the best improvement 
suggestion with one free computer ticket to ASSEMBLY '03. We wanted to 
select an original idea, that could be easily be implement and that 
would improve the overall quality of the event.

   We decided to select a very practical idea:

There should be a place near the showers were one can dry their wet 
towels and other items.
--

   This very valuable idea was presented by Mr. Juho Vähä-Herttua!

   Our thanks to everybody who suggested an improvement idea!

   kiitokset kaikille, jotka lähettivät pari kuukautta sitten 
parannusehdotuksia meille. Saimme yli 150 parannusehdotusta sähköpostitse!

   Monet sähköposteista käsittelivät tuttuja aiheita:
- paremmat nukkuma-alueet (työn alla)
- laajempi ruokavalikoima, kasvisruokaa (työn alla)
- enemmän tilaa, isommat tietokonepaikat (joitain parannuksia tekeillä)
- yms.

   Kuten lupasimme, palkitsemme parhaimman parannusehdotuksen yhdellä 
ilmaisella tietokonelipulla ASSEMBLY '03:een. Halusimme valita 
voittajaksi omaperäisen ehdotuksen, joka olisi helppo toteuttaa ja joka 
nopeasti parantaisi tapahtuman kokonaislaatua.

   Voittajaksi on valittu seuraava, hyvin käytännöllinen idea:

Suihkujen lähistöllä pitäisi olla kuivaustila tai -kaappi, jossa voi 
kuivata märät pyyhkeet ja muut asusteet.

   Tämä arvokkaan parannusehdotuksen lähetti Juho Vähä-Herttua.
