We are just starting to print out the orders and to ship the tickets. If you inform us now of your cancellation, a lot of unnecessary work can be avoided. Also people that want to buy tickets get faster access to those "unwanted" tickets. If you have only registered, then there is nothing to cancel as you haven't yet made any ticket purchases. If you have bought a ticket, you have always received a separate verification email. This email contains your order number, amount of tickets, price etc. If you haven't received such an email (the registration confirmation email doesn't contain order number nor price), you haven't made any orders and there is nothing to cancel.
