[Assembly '03] Ticket sales: if your going to cancel, please do it now

Dear ASSEMBLY '03 visitor,

   if you have ordered tickets and you are thinking about cancelling the 
order, please cancel your order now.

   We are just starting to print out the orders and to ship the tickets. 
If you inform us now of your cancellation, a lot of unnecessary work can 
be avoided. Also people that want to buy tickets get faster access to 
those "unwanted" tickets.

   If you want to cancel your order, simply send email to 
tickets at assembly.org stating
- that you want to cancel:"I want to cancel my order"
- your order number:"My order number is 012345"

   P.S. We expect that the first batches of tickets will be shipped in 
the beginning of next week (the tickets will most likely arrive to you 
at the end of next week / beginning of the week after that).

   P.P.S. Please remember that you don't need to order entry tickets, if 
you order computer tickets. If you have accidentally ordered entry 
tickets along with computer tickets, please send us email at 
tickets at assembly.org, so that we can fix your order.

   jos olet tilannut lippuja ja olet aikeissa peruuttaa tilauksesi, ole 
hyvä ja tee se nyt.

   Olemme parhaillaan aloittamassa lippujen postitusta. Jos ilmoitat 
peruutuksestasi nyt, voimme välttää turhat postitukset. Samalle ne 
ostajat, jotka ovat vielä vailla lippuja, voivat ostaa lippunsa nopeammin.

   Jos haluat peruuttaa tilauksesi, ole hyvä ja lähetä sähköposti 
osoitteeseen tickets at assembly.org. Kirjoita sähköpostiin seuraavat asiat:
- ilmoita, että haluat, että tilauksesi poistetaan:"Olkaa hyvä ja 
poistakaa tilaukseni"
- ilmoita tilausnumerosi:"Tilausnumeroni on 012345"

   P.S. Pyrimme siihen, että ensimmäiset lippuerät postitetaan ensi 
viikon alussa. Tällöin liput saapuvat sinulle ensi viikon lopussa tai 
sitä seuraavan viikon alussa.

   P.P.S. Muistathan, että ostaessasi tietokonelippuja, et tarvitse 
niiden lisäksi sisäänpääsylippuja! Jos olet vahingossa tilannut 
sisäänpääsylippuja, ole hyvä, ja ilmoita asiasta sähköpostitse 
osoitteeseen tickets at assembly.org, jotta tilauksesi voidaan korjata.
