Aloitamme Assembly Summer 2015 tapahtuman lipunmyynnin jo 15.4 eli 
viikon päästä. Saittia uudistetaan kovaa tahtia ja sen tulisi olla 
valmis samoihin aikoihin. Lipunmyynti tapahtuu osoitteessa

Uutta ASSEMBLY Summer 2015:ssa

ASSEMBLY Summer 2015:ssa on paljon uutta lippujen osalta. Tuomme 
myyntiin uudet Premium-tietokoneliput, tietokonepaikat on nyt jaettu 
Nonstop- ja Compos-alueisiin, sisäänpääsylipun hinta laskee tapahtuman 
kuluessa ja aikaisin lippuja ostavat saavat alennuksen.

Lipunmyynti alkaa keskiviikkona 15.4. klo 19:00. Isot ryhmät pääsevät 
varaamaan tietokonepaikkoja perjantaina 17.4. klo 19:00. Paikkojen 
varaus avataan kaikille lauantaina 18.4. klo 19:00.

Premium-tietokoneliput

Tapahtumaan on myynnissä kahdenlaisia tietokonelippuja: Premium- ja 
tavallisia tietokonelippuja. Premium-tietokonelipulla saat 100cm leveän 
paikan sekä 1 gigabitin verkkoyhteyden. Tavallisella tietokonelipulla 
saat 75cm leveän paikan, joka on varustettu 100MBps-verkkoyhteydellä. 
Premium-tietokonelipuilla on myös oma express sisääntulojononsa.

Premium-tietokonelipun hinta on 95 € ja tavallisen tietokonelipun hinta 
on 80 €.

Nonstop- ja Compos-alueet

Tietokonepaikat on jaettu kahteen alueeseen: Nonstop- ja Compos-alue. 
Nonstop-alueella on mahdollista valkokankaalla esitettävien kilpailuiden 
aikana halutessaan käyttää tietokonetta siten, että paikaltasi ei kuulu 
ääntä (ts. käytä kuulokkeita) eikä näy muuta valoa kuin näyttösi valo. 
Compos-alueella on kilpailuiden aikana sammutettava näyttö ja 
lopetettava tietokoneen käyttö, kuten on perinteisesti Assyillä täytynyt 
tehdä kaikilla paikoilla. Tietokonepaikkoja on suunnilleen saman verran 
Nonstop- ja Compos-alueilla.

Sisäänpääsylipun hinta laskee tapahtuman kuluessa

Jos et tarvitse tietokonelippua, voit nyt ostaa tapahtumaan lipun joko 
tapahtuman ajaksi tai saapuessasi paikalle esim. perjantaina vain 
tapahtuman jäljelle olevalle ajalle. Koko viikonlopun sisäänpääsylippu 
maksaa 40 euroa, Pe - Su -lippu 30 euroa ja La - Su -lippu 20 euroa.

Rajatun ajan sisäänpääsyliput ovat voimassa ensimmäisen 
voimassaolopäivän aamusta klo 09 alkaen. Esimerkiksi perjantaista 
sunnuntaihin sisäänpääsylippu on voimassa perjantaista klo 09:00 alkaen.

Tietokonelipuissa aikaisen ostajan alennus 15.5. asti

Mikäli ostat lippusi 15.5. mennessä, saat Premium- ja tavallisista 
tietokonelipuista 5 € alennuksen per lippu. Näin ollen aikaisen ostajan 
Premium-tietokonelipun hinta on 90 € ja tavallisen tietokonelipun hinta 
75 €.

Isot ryhmät

Isojen ryhmien tulee ostaa lippunsa 15.4. klo 19:00 - 17.4. klo 19:00 
päästääkseen varaamaan tietokonepaikat ennen muita lippujen ostajia. 
Isojen ryhmien kesken paikkojen varaus tehdään suuruusjärjestyksessä, 
jolloin eniten lippuja ostanut ryhmä pääsee varaamaan paikkansa ensiksi. 
Isojen ryhmien ennakkovarausvuoro päättyy 18.4. klo 19:00.

Tietokonepaikkoja vapautetaan myyntiin varausten edetessä

Lipunmyynnin alkaessa osa tapahtuman tietokonepaikoista ei ole vielä 
varattavissa. Vapautamme nämä paikat varattavaksi, kun alussa vapaana 
olevat paikat on varattu.

Oldschool-lippujen ostajien on haettava oikeuksia uudestaan

Tapahtuman lipunmyynti on siirtynyt uuteen järjestelmään ja tästä 
johtuen kaikkien, jotka haluavat ostaa oldschool-lippuja, on haettava 
oldschool-oikeuksia uudestaan. Oldschool- lippujen hinnoittelu pysyy 
suurinpiirtein samana ja sen eduista yms tiedotetaan hieman myöhemmin.

Hiya!

We will be starting the ticket sales of Assembly Summer 2015 within a 
week at 15.4.2015. The new site is coming up around the same time. Here 
is some information about the changes and new thingies:

New at ASSEMBLY Summer 2015

There have been a number of changes to tickets at ASSEMBLY Summer 2015. 
You can now buy new Premium computer tickets, the computer places have 
been divided into Nonstop and Compos areas, the price of the entrance 
ticket decreases during the event and an early bird discount is 
available during the first 30 days.

The ticket sales starts on Wednesday 15th April at 19:00 Finnish time. 
Large groups can choose their computer places starting Friday 17th April 
at 19:00 Finnish time. All buyers can choose their computer places 
starting Saturday 18th April at 19:00 Finnish time.
Premium computer tickets

We offer two types of computer tickets: Premium and regular computer 
tickets. The Premium computer ticket includes a 100cm wide computer 
place and a 1 gigabit network connection. The regular computer ticket 
includes a 75cm wide computer place and an 100MBps network connection.

Premium computer tickets cost 95 € and regular computer tickets cost 80 €.

Nonstop and Compos areas

The computer places have been divided into two areas: Nonstop and Compos 
areas. At the Nonstop area it is possible to use your computer during 
the competitions shown on the big screen provided that no sound can be 
heard from your place (i.e. use head phones) and no lights apart from 
your own display are visible. On the Compos area it is mandatory to 
close your display during the competitions as has been previously the 
custom at all computer places. There are roughly equal amount of 
computer places in the Nonstop and Compos areas.

The price of the entry ticket decreases during the event

If you don't need a computer ticket, you can purchase an entry ticket 
valid for the whole event or for just a portion of the event, e.g., if 
you arrive on Friday, you can purchase a entry ticket for the remaining 
part of the event. Entrance tickets valid for the whole weekend cost 40 
€, Friday - Sunday 30 € and Saturday - Sunday 20 €.

The limited duration entry tickets will be valid from 09:00 in the 
morning of the first day. E.g. a ticket valid for Friday - Sunday will 
be valid from Friday 09:00.

Early bird discount for computer tickets until 15th May

If you buy your ticket latest by 15th of May, you will get an early bird 
discount of 5 € per ticket from Premium and regular computer tickets. 
Thus the price of Premium computer ticket is 90 € and regular computer 
ticket is 75 €.

Large groups

Large groups need to buy their tickets between 15th April at 19:00 and 
17th April at 19:00 to be eligible to choose their computer places 
before others. The largest group has the right to choose places first 
and then we'll proceed in descending order. This advance computer place 
reservation for large groups ends on Saturday 18th April at 19:00 
Finnish time.

Computer places will be opened for sale as the ticket sales progresses

When the ticket sales is opened some of the computer places can not 
immediately be purchased. As the ticket sales progresses, we will open 
up these places for purchase.

Oldschool tickets

Due to the move to a new ticket sales system, everyone who wishes to 
purchase an oldschool ticket will need to re-apply for oldschool 
permissions. The oldschool ticket prices are roughly the same, we will 
tell about the new oldschool tickets a bit later.
