ASSEMBLY SUMMER 2020 - fall edition

Olemme seuranneet korona tilannetta tarkkaan ja monien muiden tapahtumien
tapaan päätyneet lopputulokseen, jossa vallitsevan tilanteen vuoksi emme
koe fyysistä tapahtumaa turvalliseksi kävijöillemme tai omalle
henkilökunnallemme. Tämän vuoksi Assembly Summer 2020 pidetään vain online
tapahtumana. Messukeskuksella pidettävää suurtapahtumaa ei siis järjestetä.

Assembly ONLINE 2020 sen sijaan järjestetään päivän pidempänä, samaan
aikaan lokakuussa 14-18.10.2020. Mukana on sekä semi-pro (harrastelija)
turnaukset, pro turnaukset, demoscenekompot sekä paljon muuta aktiviteettia
ja sisältöä! Voit osallistua online assyihin omasta kodistasi, pelitiloista
tai myöhemmin ilmoitettavien kumppaneiden tiloista - nyt toteutettava
konsepti on jotain sellaista, mitä ei Suomessa ole aikaisemmin tehty!

ONLINE tapahtuman keskittymänä toimii www.assembly.org jossa voit käydä jo
tänään tutustumassa alustavaan ohjelmaan!

Liput

ONLINE tapahtuma on ilmainen kaikille osallistujille.

Mikäli sinulla on lippu ostettuna fyysiseen tapahtumaan, sinulla on kaksi
vaihtoehtoa


   1.

   Pidä lippusi / paikkasi. Se käy suoraan Assembly Winter 2021 tapahtumaan
   helmikuussa 25.- 28.2.2021. Sama paikkakartta siirtyy sellaisenaan käyttöön
   Winter-tapahtumaan. Jos olet tulossa siis wintereille, sinun ei tarvitse
   tehdä mitään. Summerin lippu käy suoraan wintereille.



   1.

   Voit peruuttaa Summer lippusi ja saat rahasi takaisin lippu.fi
   peruutusehtojen mukaan. Lippu.fi on yhteydessä sähköpostitse erikseen
   kaikkiin lipun ostaneisiin palautusten osalta

ASSEMBLY SUMMER 2020 will be cancelled as a physical event. Due to the
corona situation in Finland, we feel that the safety of our participants
and own organizers cannot be guaranteed and thus we have decided to cancel
the fair center event and instead have Assembly Summer as an online event.

Assembly ONLINE 2020 event will have all the programme as the physical
event, including semi-pro/casual tournaments, pro tournament, demoscene
compos and a lot of other activities. Most of the program will be held in
Finnish, but all of the Demoscene related content will be done in English!
The event will be one day longer, starting already on wednesday evening!
Event will be held from 14th of October to 18th of October 2020.

www.assembly.org site will be working as a hub for the online event and you
can check the initial program on our site later today Friday.

If you have tickets to the event, you have basically two options:


   1.

   Hold your ticket, it will be valid for Assembly Winter event in February
   as is. We will be using the same computer place layout for Winter event, so
   your current places will stay the same. You don’t need to do anything, if
   you can make it to 25-28 Feb 2021.



   1.

   You can cancel the ticket and get a refund from lippu.fi according to
   their cancellation policy. They will reach out to all the ticket buyers
   separately by email shortly with instructions how to get money back.
