We'd like to remind you about few things about the event safety and 
rules. English message follows after the Finnish.


YLEISTÄ TURVALLISUUDESTA
------------------------

Assembly on aina ollut turvallinen tapahtuma. Haluaisimme kuitenkin 
muistuttaa vieraitamme muutamasta asiasta, jotta assykokemuksesi myös 
pysyy samanlaisena:

Muista turvata omaisuutesi. Jos sinulla on mukanasi kannettava 
tietokone, muista ottaa mukaasi vaijeri + lukko (esim Kensington). 
Jimmsillä on näitä myytävänä myös paikan päällä.

ÄLÄ KOSKAAN JÄTÄ KANNETTAVAA TIETOKONETTA VARTIOIMATTA!

Huolehdi myös muista kamoistasi. Jos menet nukkumaan tai jaloittelemaan, 
pyydä vierustoveriasi katsomaan tavaroidesi perään. Arvokkaimmat tavarat 
voi laittaa kassiin esim pöydän alle - tai ottaa mukaan. Infosta löydät 
myös maksullisen tavarasäilytyksen, joka on auki 24h.

Koneen kotelon lukitseminen, jos se on mahdollista, on myös hyvä 
varotoimenpide. Selvitä myös oman kotivakuutuksesi kattavuus mahdollisen 
laiterikon tai varkaustapauksen varalta.

Mikäli näet jotain epäilyttävää tai sinulta on hävinnyt omaisuutta, ota 
välittömästi yhteys tapahtuman infopisteelle (24h).


PULLOJEN KERÄÄMISESTÄ
---------------------

Viime vuosina olemme saaneet useamman valituksen pullojenkerääjistä. 
Tyhjiä pulloja viedään konepaikoilta lupaa kysymättä, pahimmissa 
tapauksista jopa röyhkeästi pöydältä, kun juomaa on vielä pullossa.

Tämän takia pullojen erillinen kerääminen on jatkossa kielletty.
Vieraat voivat kerätä ja viedä tapahtumapaikalta omat pullonsa pois, 
mutta laajamittainen pullonkeräys ei ole sallittua.

Tapahtumapaikalla on erikseen järjestetty keräyspartio, joiden jäsenet 
ovat liivitetty ja tunnistettavissa. Osa tämän porukan pullotuotoista 
menee juniorityöhön itse kerääjille ja osa lahjoitetaan lyhentämättömänä 
lastenklinikoiden kummeille. Näillä pullonkerääjillä on selkeät säännöt 
toimintansa osalta. Mikäli haluat olla tukemassa hyvää tarkoitusta, voit 
myös antaa pullosi heille partion tullessa paikalle.


Toivomme, että assykokemuksesi on tänäkin vuonna hyvä ja viihdyt 
tapahtumassa. Tehdään hyvät assyt yhdessä!

GENERAL SECURITY ADVICE
-----------------------

Assembly has always been a secure event. In order to keep it that way we 
would like to remind you about few things:

Keep your items safe. If you have a laptop or any smaller devices with 
you, bring a cable or similar locking mechanism (like Kensington) to the 
event. Jimm's PC-store has these items for sale as well.

Especially: do not leave your laptop unguarded at any time!

Take care of your other belongings as well. If you go to sleep or just 
take a walk, ask your neighbor to watch over your stuff. More valuable 
items should be stowed into bag underneath your computer place - or take 
them with you. Info desk has also a luggage deposit open 24h for a small 
fee.

If you can lock your desktop PC's case, do that. Also find if your 
machines are insured in case of something happens at the event (check 
your home insurance policies).

If you see something shady happening or your items gets lost, please 
contact info desk immediately.

COLLECTING BOTTLES
------------------

During the last years we have received many complaints about people 
collecting bottles. Empty bottles have been taken from computer places 
without permission and even from the tables, when the bottles are not empty.

Therefore we have banned separate bottle collecting at the event. The 
visitors can naturally collect their own bottles and take them back to 
stores, but specifically collecting other peoples' bottles is prohibited.

We have organized a special "bottle squad" at the event, whose members 
have easily identified vests. Part of the earnings from this team will 
go to the juniors collecting the bottles and part will be donated to 
charity (The Association of Friends of the University Children's 
Hospitals). The bottle squad has clear instructions how they work. If 
you want to support a good cause, you can donate your bottles to the 
squad members when they move around.
