Crinkler 2.0 with special 1k options is now released!

For Assembly organizers: to pull attention to the release, how about
putting something like this in the 1k compo rules:
"ATTENTION: A new version of Crinkler was recently released which usually
reduces the size of a 1k intro by more than 100 bytes compared to
traditional Crinkler compression. Be sure to try it out if you are making a
1k intro for the Windows platform!"
where the first "Crinkler" is a link pointing to the above URL?
