Assyjen alkuun on enää kolme päivää. Uusi paikka tuo tullessaan 
muutoksia, joista kannattaa olla tietoinen.

Olemme päivittäneet tarvittavan tiedon tapahtumaoppaaseen, joka löytyy 
verkosta osoitteesta http://www.assembly.org/winter14/party-manual

Tutustu tarkasti kulkureitteihin ja sisääntuloon, varsinkin jos tulet 
koneen kanssa.

TÄRKEÄÄ HUOMIOIDA

Assemblyn oma pääsisäänkäynti on ovella 4.4, jolle pääset 
Rautatieläisenkadulta. Ovi on auki 24h koko tapahtuman ajan. Voit myös 
kulkea sisään assylipulla muista Messukeskuksen ovista MP2014 tapahtuman 
aukioloaikoina (PE 10-20, LA 9-18, SU 10-17). Huomioithan, että voit 
muuttaa e-lipun assyrannekkeeksi VAIN Assemblyn omalla sisäänkäynnillä. 
Messukeskuksen muut kassat eivät myy Assembly lippuja, niitä on 
saatavissa vain Assemblyn lippukassalta.

Tavaroiden sisääntuonti on ovesta 4.2, jonne pääset Ratapihantien 
kautta. Lastausovilla on myös e-lippujen muuntopiste. Ovilla ei ole 
tilaa paikoitukseen, joten siirräthän autosi pois kun olet purkanut 
koneet autosta pois.

Assyille varattuja parkkipaikkoja löytyy Kongressin parkkipaikalta, 
itäisen sisäänkäynnin vierestä. Parkki on maksullinen (19e per 
viikonloppu) ja parkkilipulla voit ajaa sisään ja ulos miten haluat. 
Parkkilippu ostetaan messukeskuksen messuinfosta, joka on auki MP 
messujen aukioloaikojen mukaan.

Nukkumisalue on entistäkin isompi. Se sijaitsee hallin 5 osassa. Tutustu

Assyt palaa messukeskukseen monen vuoden tauon jälkeen. Paikan muutos 
aiheuttaa varmasti pieniä haasteita puolin ja toisin. Otamme 
kiitollisina vastaan palautetta partyjen jälkeen ja aikana. Toivomme 
Sinulta ymmärrystä, mikäli kaikki ei suju ihan nappiin - tule paikalle 
ajoissa ja hyvällä partyfiiliksellä!

Muistathan, että assylipulla pääsee myös MP2014 näyttelyyn (toisinpäin 
se ei onnistu), joten kannattaa käydä tutustumassa mikäli moottoripyörät 
kiinnostavat.

It is three days until Assembly Winter starts. The new venue will bring 
changes you should be aware of.

We have updated the party manual, which you can read from here:

Please take a close look and study before coming to the event, 
especially if you are arriving with a computer.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Assembly main entrance is at door 4.4, which you can access from 
Rautatieläisenkatu. The door is open 24h during the event. You can also 
enter the building with Assembly ticket from other entrances during the 
MP2014 fair (open FRI 10-20, SAT 9-18, SUN 10-17). Please note, that you 
can convert your e-ticket ONLY at the Assembly entrance. The fair centre 
entrances do not sell Assembly tickets, they are only available through us.

You can get your stuff in from loading door 4.2, which will be 
accessible through Ratapihantie only. There is an e-ticket conversion 
point at the loading door. There is not much space for parking near 
these doors, so please move your car once you have unloaded your gear.

Assembly reserved parking place can be found at the Congress parking lot 
near the eastern entrance. Parking costs 19e for the whole weekend, you 
can drive in and out as you please. You can buy the parking ticket from 
Fair Centre information booths.

Arrival map has been included as an attachment to this email and is also 
available on the web.

Sleeping areas are larger than before. They are located in hall 5. Check 
out the venue maps at:

Assembly is returning to the fair centre after many years. The change of 
venue will probably cause some challenges, but please bear with us. We 
are happy to get your feedback at the event and after the event. We hope 
you arrive with open mind and bring good party spirits with you.

Please keep in mind, that you can access the MP2014 fair with the 
Assembly ticket (does not work other way around), so if you are into 
bikes and motors, go check it.
